Cold Frosty Morning And A Brilliantly Sunny Day

 This morning when we woke up it was -1.5c with a thick frost, but when I stepped outside to photograph the early dawn I heard the familiar bird songs I associate with spring mornings.  

By early afternoon it was full on sun and clear sky. The temperature was 3.2c but I was able to sit outside under the porch and read with a cup of tea for an hour.  

And I caught sight of a hummingbird in flight, none of their “safe’ trees have any leaves of course but, they’re back! Will I actually be able to take a photo of one this year?  They move so fast!
